IAEA-NO-3 is a dried salt (potassium nitrate, KNO3) and was prepared by A. Mariotti, Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris, France, between 1983 and 1985. Its d15N value is determined using data from an interlaboratory comparison.
NB: This is a primary reference material and should be used conservatively to generate secondary reference materials in the laboratory
